The Road Safety Authority is committed to providing an excellent service to its customers who avail of our driving test service. This commitment is formally set out in the RSA's Customer Action Plan. A copy of the Plan can be obtained by phoning the RSA for the cost of a local call at LoCall 1890 40 60 40.

One way of ensuring that we deliver a good quality service is to listen to those who use the driver testing service. We welcome your comments and suggestions on any aspect of your contacts with the RSA since applying for the test.

If you have a comment, suggestion or complaint to make you can:

  • Ring Driver Testing Section, LoCall 1890 40 60 40, ask to be put through to the unit responsible for organising your test and speak to a member of staff. This will allow you to make your views known and deal with any issue in an informal way.

  • If you wish to make a formal complaint, set out the details of your complaint in writing and send it to:
